Berkeley Medevices reserves the right to alter prices without advanced notice. Prices in effect at the time an order is received will be honored.

Payment
Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.

Shipment
Products are shipped F.O.B. Berkeley, CA.

Shortage or Damage of Product in Transit
Products are packed carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Upon receipt, packages should be examined for shortages or damage. Berkeley Medevices is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once product is transferred to designated shipping company. However, if a problem of this type occurs, we will assist you, upon request, in filing proper claims.

Waranty Information
Berkeley Medevices, Inc., warrants its Synevac Suction Aspirator Systems and GYN instruments to be free of any defects in material or workmanship for a preriod of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not extend to any damage or malfunction caused by negligent or unreasonable use. In the case of the Instruments, the warranty does not cover general maintenance (i.e. cleaning and/or sharpening) required for normal use. This warranty shall not apply to any Pump or Instrument which has been modified, repaired or altered in any way without the express written consent of Berkeley Medevices, Inc.

Return Policy
Berkeley Medevices Order Department must approve all product returns prior to shipment. Products must be shipped prepaid and accompanied with the following information: invoice number, product description, quantity, lot number or serial number, if applicable, and name of Berkeley Medevices personnel authorizing the return. Returned products are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Refer to individual catalog price list for minimum order information.

Annual Purchase Agreements
Products may be purchased at even further reduced prices throught the annual purchase agreement. Supplies may be shipped against a predetermined schedule or as required. The advantage is a guaranteed fixed price throughout the length of the agreement.
